Prison Professor

I was inspired by an interesting story of a professor in Maine teaching behind bars via Zoom. Despite his confinement, he’s still able to give a glimpse of what life is like in prison, and share his experience in relation to the topic of abolition. I approached this illustration from a somewhat abstract perspective, layering the interaction between the professor and his students in a fluid way.
